What should I write about?

Reports are reused for 24 hours and each address may run 10 audits per hour, so please include the report link instead of re-running the audit.
How do I report a wrong result?
Send the link to the report and say which check you believe is wrong and why. If you can, include the part of your page that the check should have found. That lets us reproduce the problem. Scores run from 0 to 100 points, and technical SEO carries 25% of them while speed carries 15%, so a wrong speed check moves the total by at most 15 points. Fixes to a check are released for every audit, and fixed guides carry a new updated date.
Can I ask for a report to be removed?
Yes. Reports are public, and you can ask for one to be removed at any time. Send the report link from an address that can show it concerns your site. The details of what is stored are on the privacy page.
Do you offer consulting or sponsored placements?
No. The site does not sell consulting, links or better scores. Ads are served by Google AdSense and are kept apart from the audit results. If you are looking for help with a fix, start with the fix guides, which cover every check step by step.
How fast will I get a reply?
Most messages get an answer within three working days. Removal requests are handled first. If you do not hear back after a week, send the message again, because spam filters sometimes catch short emails with a single link and no text.
